These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jetwan ("jetwan", "we", "us", "the Platform"), an internationally operated online gaming platform accessible at jetwan.app. These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, and features made available through the jetwan platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, fish games, and any promotional or bonus offerings.

By registering an account on jetwan, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Access to and use of the jetwan platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jetwan enforces a minimum age of 21 across all products and services without exception. Providing false information about your age during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and are not registering or operating an account on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a restricted person. Employees of jetwan, its affiliates, technology partners, or game providers — and their immediate family members — are not permitted to hold a player account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jetwan platform or had an account closed by jetwan for breaching these Terms. Opening a new account while a self-exclusion is active is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify your legal status before using the platform.

jetwan reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or permanent closure.

To access real-money products on the jetwan platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on jetwan. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

• Account name matching. The name registered on your jetwan account must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatched names may result in delayed or refused transactions.

jetwan reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.

All financial transactions on the jetwan platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of transaction. jetwan reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change. As a general guide, the minimum single deposit is ৳500, though this may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and are subject to completion of any applicable verification checks. jetwan does not guarantee same-day processing for all withdrawal requests.
• Funds source. You confirm that all funds deposited into your jetwan account are lawfully yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. jetwan reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds.
• No third-party payments. You must not deposit funds from a payment account that is not registered in your own name, and you must not request withdrawals to any account not belonging to you.
• Refund policy. Deposits that have not been used for wagering may be eligible for withdrawal subject to verification. Deposits applied to completed wagers are not refundable.

jetwan is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Any such fees are your sole responsibility.

jetwan may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• One bonus per player. Unless explicitly stated, each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using the same or different accounts is prohibited.
• Bonus validity. All bonuses carry an expiry date or time limit, which will be displayed at the time of the offer. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

All games made available on the jetwan platform are supplied by independent third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following conditions apply to gameplay across all products:

• RNG certification. All casino games use a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited. jetwan does not intervene in or alter any game outcomes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the jetwan platform without prior written consent from jetwan.

Any unauthorised use of jetwan's intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetwan's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising under contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jetwan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, arising from:

• Your inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond jetwan's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Any inaccuracies in odds or market information caused by data feed errors originating from third-party providers.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, or any other circumstance outside jetwan's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

jetwan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or any other form of exploitation of the platform.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate restricting access from a specific jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified account balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a breach, jetwan reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jetwan is incorporated and operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and jetwan and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements relating to your use of the platform.
